I hired a researcher thru Genealogypro in July 2003. I got scammed out of more than $550.00. I complained to them, the BBB and the Board of Certification of Genealogists. After one year the Board has ruled and made the researcher return half the money. After notifying Genealogypro of the action and providing them a copy they refuse to remove this person. I would think twice before ever using them to find a researcher.
