I just got my credit card bill and they didn't cancel it after all. I had to dispute the charge. My wife called ancestry again and they told her that she renewed it instead of canceling...she clearly cancelled it the 1st time, so giving them the benefit of the doubt, they apparently intrepreted the word "cancel" to be "renew".
